Before you start
Open a document you can edit and open Pages in the right panel.
Steps
Insert a blank page
- Right-click a thumbnail and choose
Insert blank page.
- Choose where to place it under Insert at.
- Choose Sheet size, Orientation, and How many. Use Same as page to match the reference sheet’s size.
- Click Insert page (or Insert … pages).
Duplicate a page
- Select one or more thumbnails.
- Right-click a selected thumbnail and choose
Duplicate. With focus in the Pages panel, you can also use Cmd + D on Mac or Ctrl + D on Windows.
Each copy appears after its original, with independently editable markups.
Delete pages
- Select the thumbnails to remove.
- Right-click a selected thumbnail and choose
Delete.
- Check the page count in the confirmation, then confirm.
Deletion has no individual undo. Discard page changes reverses all page changes together.
Check your result
Check the thumbnails and page count.
Troubleshooting
- Delete is unavailable: a document must keep at least one page.
- A copy is missing markups: check Deta’s message. A locked or private annotation set can prevent its markups from being copied.
