Codex and 3D models
Connect your ChatGPT account and ask Codex to carry out complex markup tasks, build 3D models from your plans, or produce referenced takeoff tables. It works with your drawings, presets and libraries, with progress and follow-up requests in the same conversation.

Referenced tables and reusable templates
Trace quantities to their contributing marks or model members, price them from your libraries, and combine several tables into a live summary. Add formulas, cutout deductions and rounding, or freeze the figures when you issue them.
Save table layouts and takeoff templates for the next project. Reuse your rules, presets and reference diagrams to guide the agent's work.
Page editing and file merging
Combine pages from existing PDFs and images into one document. Bring in files from your computer, your workspaces, Google Drive or Dropbox.
Use the page organizer to reorder, rotate, duplicate, crop or remove sheets, insert blank pages, and extract selected pages into a separate PDF. Copies keep their own marks and text edits. Exported PDFs include the assembled pages and your layout changes, with image compression options for smaller files.
Split view with multiple tabs
Keep several documents open in tabs and work in two panes. Open different drawings side by side, or the same document in both panes to check a detail against a plan. Each view keeps its place as you navigate and switch tabs.
More control over markups
- Rotate several selected shapes together, plus individual text labels, callouts, polylines, freehand marks and areas.
- Snap to the PDF's own linework and hold Shift to constrain a move.
- Point one label at several locations with multiple leaders. Set hatch spacing, angle, colour and line weight, and reuse styles through preset libraries.
- Recolour vector crops and images, and let the drawing show through their backgrounds. Snapshots preserve vector sharpness and searchable text; selected images can be downloaded at full resolution.
- Style individual words, add text to the source page and edit several marks together. Highlight non-text content with automatic freehand mode.
Local files and offline work
Open, edit, search, compare and save PDFs on your computer through the desktop app, including offline. Upload a file to a workspace when you want to collaborate. Unsaved-change checks and warnings about changes made by other applications help protect your work.
Everyday improvements
Undo preserves other people's work, teammate cursors stay aligned through pan, zoom and rotation, and panels remember your choices. Report a bug from anywhere in the app and receive updates as it progresses.
